The goal of the communication we created for St.Dalfour jams was to highlight the reasons that make them stand out from the competition by creating content adapted to the Greek market and Greek eating habits.

The presence of the brand on social media was limited and the communication was mainly based on the “French tradition” pillar while relying exclusively on content provided by global. We were asked to create a content mix that would be based on the global strategy and guidelines, but with a fresher approach and custom content. The elements we were asked to present were the traditional manufacturing process, the French origin and tradition, the composition of 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives, colorings or artificial flavors and that they are sweetened gently and naturally, only from grape and fruit juices, without the adding sugar.

Our goal was to reach a wider audience, which is based on proper nutrition and to justify their high price compared to the competition by highlighting their quality features while at the same time offering useful content to users. Also to educate the Greek public on the alternative uses of jam in cooking, in cocktails and as an accompaniment to cheeses and to escape from the strict context of breakfast and desserts. As part of our new communication, video recipes were created in collaboration with chefs and we added more recipes to the content mix. We also created content that highlighted the quality superiority of St.Dalfour jams and the tradition behind their recipe.

In addition, content was created to support the possibility for consumers to be able to order through the eshop the jams that due to small distribution are difficult to find in stores, as our client informed us that the unavailability of specific codes is one of the common complaints that they receive. Finally, the engagement with the users was strengthened through engagement posts & stories as well as give away contests.
